1. Case Study
Usinage et Hydraulique J. Lessard Inc., a machining and hydraulics workshop located in Saint-Joachim, Québec, contacted us with a very specific request. Led by mechanical engineer Joel Lessard, who has extensive experience in engineering, continuous improvement, and production management, the company needed polyester netting that met strict technical requirements for concrete casting applications.
From the very first inquiry, Joel emphasized three non-negotiable specifications:
- Mesh size must be exactly 3/8″ — any larger would compromise the concrete molding process.
- The net must be grey — to visually match the concrete and meet their operational standards.
- Shipping must be completed within 3–5 days — due to a tight project timeline.
Thanks to our large inventory and daily production of multiple mesh sizes and colors, we were able to immediately provide a full set of real photos, measurements, and material confirmations. Although Joel initially had concerns about dimensional accuracy, we quickly addressed them by sending additional detailed videos showing precise measurement checks.
We proposed sending a free physical sample, but due to their urgent schedule, there was no time for international delivery. Instead, our rapid response and transparent demonstrations helped build the customer’s confidence. Shortly after reviewing our verification video, Joel confirmed that the specifications met their engineering requirements and proceeded to place the order with a deposit.

3. Design & Construction Features
Knotless Polyester Material
Made from high-strength polyester fibers, the netting provides excellent durability, dimensional stability, and long service life. The knotless structure ensures smooth mesh intersections and uniform load distribution.
3/8″ Mesh Aperture
Fine 3/8″ (≈ 9.5 mm) mesh is suitable for general safety protection, partitioning, containment, and light industrial or commercial barrier applications.
Lightweight, Flexible Twine
Designed for easy handling and installation, the polyester twine offers good tensile strength while remaining flexible enough for quick cutting and shaping.
Consistent Roll Format
Each roll is 72 inches wide and 300 yards long, ensuring efficient material usage and simplified installation across long spans or continuous areas.
UV & Weather Protection
UV-stabilized polyester resists color fading, brittleness, and strength loss under indoor lighting and moderate outdoor exposure.
